Giant Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) - Central China.    

Gray Wolf (Cainis Lupus) can vary in color from almost white to shades of brown and black.  United States, Canada, Eastern Europe, India, Russia and parts of Spain and Italy.

Three Red Kangaroo (Macropus rufus) - Central Australia.   This kangaroo has a rusty-red color with a white cheek marking.  The female is more gray with a blue tint and and has a nickname of "blue flier".  The extremely small baby climbs into the mother's pouch where it continues to grow with the mothers milk.  It stays in the pouch for a long time (240 days) and then for 3 or 4 months after coming out of the pouch.  It's called a "joey".  

This is one adorable Asian baby elephant.  The trunk is not fully functional until they are older.   Asian elephants have smaller ears than the African elephant.  Although their eyesight is poor, the Asian Elephant have great hearing.  They come from India, Sri Lanka, Asia and Sumatra.  Notice the baby hairs on this baby elephant.    
Ring-tailed Lemur (Lemur catta) - South Madagascar.  Just their tail is 21 inches long with beautifully marked rings of black and white.  They spend much of their time on the grounds walking on all fours.     
Angolan Black and White Colobus (Colobus angolensis) - Africa from Kenya to Angola.  These monkeys only have four fingers on each hand, which is unusual.  The long white tail and white shoulders are beautiful.  This baby peeking out is adorable.   Along with the spring Cherry Blossoms hangs this Chimpanzee with lots of energy.  .  

White-napped Crane (Grus vipio)

Japanese Red-Crowned Crane live on Hokkaido, Japan.  They are among the tallest of the cranes and are beautiful.  They also are in East Siberia, North China and South Japan.       

Bobcat (Lynx rufus) - United States mostly in the west, Southern Canada, and Mexico.  The Bobcat is smaller than the Lynx and the ear tufts are much shorter.  It prefers to hunt at night, but will hunt during the day.   

Crested Porcupine (Hystrix africaeaustralis) - Africa.  The spines are around 12 inches in length on it's back.  The hollow quills on the tail can be rattled when a predator comes near.  They spend time in a burrow in the day and feed at night.  

Chimpanzee ( Pan trogodytes) - Africa, Uganda and Tanzania.  The Chimps arms are longer than it's legs.  They spend a lot of time on the ground.  They are very intelligent and even will use sticks as tools to accomplish a task.  

Galapagos Penguin (Spheniscus mendiculus) - Galapagos Islands.  This penguin is about 20 inches tall.                           This is an Ostrich with an attitude.

Emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae) - Australia.

Pallas's Cat (Otocolobus manul) - Central Asia: Iran to Western China.  They have very broad heads.

Asian Elephant (Elephas maximus) - India, Sri Lanka, Southeastern Asia and Sumatra.  The Herd is lead by an older female and the rest of the herd would be females and young elephants.  Their trunk is used for eating among other things, such as splashing water over their bodies.   

Square-lipped White Rhinoceros ( Ceratotherium simum) - Africa, Zimbabwe to North Africa.  This Rhino has a long head and a raised hump on it's neck.  After the elephant, it is the largest land animal on earth.  They only eat grass and do a lot of grazing day and night.

Common Iguana (Iguana iguana) - Central and South America and now Florida.
Polar Bear ( Usus manitimus) - The Arctic area.  The 
normal hunting area is a 50 or 60 mile radius.
